Your privacy is important to Safetran Systems Corporation, herein referred to as "Safetran." In this policy references to "us" or "we" mean Safetran System Corporation and any other Safetran or Invensys group company which is the operator of the website to which this privacy policy relates.

U.S. – EU Safe Harbor Privacy Statement

For personal information of employees, consumers, healthcare professionals, medical research subjects and investigators, customers, investors and government officials that Safetran receives from the European Economic Area, Safetran has committed to handling such personal information in accordance with the Safe Harbor Principles (the "Principles").

Collection of Data

Safetran collects the contact information provided by website visitors who opt-in to receive email alerts or downloads from the website, who choose to provide information for surveys, and/or fill in registration forms. Safetran also collects the e-mail addresses or the postal addresses website visitors provide when they contact us.

Aggregate information regarding what pages consumers access or visit is monitored and analyzed to increase usability, but Safetran does not track the movements of individual website visitors.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web pages to notify consumers about updates to our website.

We restrict access to information about you to those Safetran workers who need to know the information to respond to your inquiry or request. Workers who misuse personal information are subject to disciplinary action. You also have a significant role in protecting your information. Enforcement

Safetran uses a self-assessment approach to assure compliance with this privacy policy and periodically verifies that the policy is accurate, comprehensive for the information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented and accessible and in conformity with the Principles. We encourage interested persons to raise any concerns using the contact information provided and we will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the Principles.

If a complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, Safetran has agreed to participate in the dispute resolution procedures of the panel established by the European data protection authorities to resolve disputes pursuant to the Safe Harbor Principles.
